Recruiting Performers & Offering Venue Rental at Oakley Terrace, Usagidaira – The Heart of Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort!

We are looking for talented performers to join an exciting new project at Oakley Terrace, located at Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort! Showcase your talent in this unique venue with DJ events, music performances, dance shows, local collaborations, art shows, and more. Would you like to be part of these amazing events?

Recruitment Overview

Location: Oakley Terrace (Happo-one Ski Resort)
Dates:

• Winter season: Weekdays from February to March (excluding dates with Snowmachine or other existing events)
• Spring to Summer season: April to September (dates will be determined based on future developments)
  Time: 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Preparation and rehearsal will be held before the event)
  Content: DJ performances, music events, dance shows, local collaborations, and more!

Application Requirements

Genres: We welcome all genres, including DJ, music, dance, performance art, and more! Feel free to apply regardless of your style.

What we require from applicants:

• A detailed proposal for the event you’d like to propose
• Photos or videos from past events (SNS links are acceptable)
• Your social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter) and your performance track record or profile
• Reasons and thoughts behind why you’d like to perform
• A list of any equipment or facilities you may need (including whether you require equipment rental)
• Sound equipment rental: Available through our partner rental service

• Event content may be adjusted to align with the Happo-one brand image.
• Due to a large number of applicants, please be aware that not all submissions may be selected.
