– The QR code sent to your registered email address *For Early Bird Season Pass purchasers, the QR code was sent out in bulk on October 31, 2024
– A document able to verifying your age (such as a driver’s license, health insurance card, or other form of ID)

For Other Customers:
– Season Pass Exchange Voucher
– A document able to verifying your age (such as a driver’s license, health insurance card, or other form of ID)

Please note:
※ The Season Pass cannot be mailed. The applicant must be present in person at the exchange counter.
※ No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the purchase is completed.
