Important Notice: System Issues with the Happo-One Official Webshop

Please note that a system issue occurred on our official webshop between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM today (January 1st, 2025), resulting in customers who purchased lift tickets not receiving a “Purchase Confirmation Email.”
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may have caused.
The system issue has now been fully restored. We are investigating the cause of the issue in detail and are implementing measures to prevent a recurrence.

To Customer who purchased the Lift ticket s during the affected time period
Even if the purchase process did not show as successfully completed on the screen, it is possible that the payment was still processed. Around 9:30 AM today, a bulk “Purchase Confirmation Email” was automatically sent to customers. Please check your email, and if you no longer need the lift ticket you purchased during the affected time period, kindly contact us using the details below:
