Local food is produced regionally and is consumed locally.
Consuming food and drink which is grown on local farms is directly related to protecting our oceans and land resources.
Also, consuming local food will reduce CO2 generated by transportation.
Hakuba, Shinshu has a rich-nature and offers an abundance of fresh ingredients.
We promote local food and consumption so that visitors to the region can experience the unique delicacies.
This also helps us to achieve one of our SDGs goals.
